❷ | Register IN PERSON through closing time Friday, June 12, 2026 at Thorne Bros, 10091 Central Ave. NE, Blaine, MN 55434. Cash payments only. |

❸ | Download and complete thePDF VERSION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM and mail along with check made out to Metro Muskie Tournament by May 30, 2026. Submit a separate registration for each individual participating in the tournament. |
